What is the process for your decluttering and organising service?

Our process involves an initial consultation to understand your needs and goals. We then work with you to sort through items, decide what to keep, donate, or discard, and organise the remaining items in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner.

What areas of the home do you organise? 

We can organise any area of your home, including kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, closets, garages, and storage spaces.

What shall I do prior to a decluttering session?

The process can be challenging for some individuals, so it's important to prepare yourself. Think about what you hope to achieve from the session

Are you going to make me dispose of all my items?

The short answer is, no. 

The decluttering process helps you identify your needs and priorities. We will only discard items you have agreed are no longer needed. Together, we'll determine the best way to organise and store everything else.

Do I need to provide anything?

It would be beneficial to have storage boxes or containers available for sorting and transporting items that are no longer needed.

For cleaning, we will provide our own products unless you have specific products you wish for us to use.

Can you supply storage boxes?

We are happy to purchase storage boxes on your behalf prior to the session but the full cost of the boxes will be included in the total price. Receipts will be provided to you for proof of purchase. 

Please inform us during consultation process if you would like us to purchase the boxes for you. 

What happens to the items I choose to dispose of?

We can assist with donating items to local charities, recycling, or arranging for disposal. We will discuss these options with you during the consultation.

We offer the convenience of taking your items to a charity shop on your behalf. Please refer to our services page for further details. 

Am I required to be there for the decluttering and organising session?

Yes. Only you can determine what holds value for you and what you choose to keep or discard.

Will my sessions be confidential?

Absolutely. We assure that your personal details, our conversations and questions remain strictly between us, and no one else. We are a completely private and confidential service.
